PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous dispersion liquid of a thermoplastic substance maintaining not only a dispersion stability but also a low temperature film-making property, a temperature adhesion property and transparency of a dried film. SOLUTION: The aqueous dispersion liquid comprises a component (A)comprising a thermoplastic resin, a component (B) comprising a polymer emulsifier obtained by polymerizing a monomer mixture containing an anionic monomer containing (meth)acrylic acid as a main component and a cationic monomer containing an alkylaminoalkyl (meth)acrylate as a main component, and water. The dispersion liquid contains 2-25 pts.wt. of the component (B) based on 100 pts.wt. of the component (A), and the content of the component (A) in the aqueous dispersion liquid is made to 30-90 wt.%.
