PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic compound useful for obtaining an organic electroluminescent device having high emission efficiency and long life. SOLUTION: The organic compound is represented by formula (I) (wherein, G1to G3are each an aromatic 6-membered ring or the like substituted with an N-carbazolyl group).
