ALUMINUM CONTINUOUS CASTING AND ROLLING APPARATUS, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ALUMINUM ALLOY PLATE FOR LITHOGRAPHIC FORM PLATE SUPPORTING BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum continuous casting and rolling apparatus which can surely prevent the generation of stripe flaws due to coarse particles of TiB2with excellent repeatability even in the case of a long time operation, and also can prevent flaws caused by burying foreign substances having no TiB2into aluminum, and further to provide a manufacturing method of an aluminum plate for a lithographic form plate using the same continuous casting and rolling apparatus of aluminum.

SOLUTION: The aluminum continuous casting and rolling apparatus has a filtering device for molten aluminum, wherein a mechanism for circulating the molten aluminum is provided on the outlet port side of the filtering device.
