PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a public facility plan which takes into consideration management of a user satisfaction degree in each district in a water supply business, a drainage plan in the event of suspension of water supply/shortage of water, a plan of other infrastructure companies, and a future resident attitude.SOLUTION: User opinions are collected by using a large amount of data held by water supply business operator and multiple pieces of information including resident information, and then an investment plan matching the opinions of each district is simulated and presented. A facility draft plan is created based on other infrastructure facility plans, by using the large amount of data held by water supply business operator and the multiple pieces of information including resident information. A draft plan concerning water supply restriction, suspension of water supply, and water supply vehicle allocation in the event of water supply difficulties, is generated and presented by taking into consideration important facilities and the like, by using the large amount of data held by water supply business operator and the multiple pieces of information including resident information. A facility and maintenance plan is created based on resident attitude prediction by using the large amount of data held by water supply business operator and the multiple pieces of information including resident information. |
