PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an optimal route to be determined in accordance with a load of a delivery vehicle for load carriage, like a truck.SOLUTION: Operation records of operation data include information of load types, load weights, departure points, destination points, departure dates, temperatures in boxes, required times, total fuel consumptions, lateral G forces, and routes in past operations from the departure points to the destination points of each delivery vehicle. An in-vehicle device transmits a route request including a departure time, a departure point, a destination point, a load weight, and a load type of a delivery vehicle in which the in-vehicle device is mounted, to a management center, and the management center extracts, from the operation data, a plurality of operation records matching the departure time, the departure point, the destination point, the load weight, and the load type in the received route request and transmits the extracted operation records to the in-vehicle device. The in-vehicle device displays a total fuel consumption, an arrival date, a maximum lateral G force, and a range of a temperature in a box as data based on each of the operation records, and a route included in an operation record selected by a driver is defined as a route for guidance. |
