PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for drinking water is provided, which is characterized in that the method uses charcoal with characteristics such as disinfection, deodorization and the elimination of heavy metals. To make drinking water, charcoal is manufactured the type of a tea bag, which is usable with all sorts of tea. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for charcoal with the type of a tea bag proceeds to washing, disinfection, sterilization, dryness, sealing of the type of a tea bag and packing with all sorts of tea. The charcoal tea bag is separated from other tea bag by making cult line. The used charcoal tea bag is recycled as manure.
