PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a useful medication delivery method and apparatus in this invention. SOLUTION: An apparatus 10 for distributing a useful medication to a perimeter area consists of the first electroactive electrode 12, a useful medication 14, the second electroactive electrode 16, and an electrical connection member 18. The first electroactive electrode 12 has an external surface. A part of the surface is exposed to the perimeter area. The useful medication 14 disperses in the first electroactive electrode 12. The second electroactive electrode 16 is connected to the first electroactive electrode 12. When the electrical connection member 18 connects the first electroactive electrode 12 and the second electroactive electrode 16 electrically and is exposed to the perimeter area, the corrosion of an exposure possibility surface of the first electroactive electrode 12 makes it easy to release the useful medication 14 in sequence.
