Hand-operated pressure regulating valve (1) comprises a pressure regulating unit (4) having a nozzle passage piece in the center and held by an adjusting ring (5) in a hole of a valve base body (2). An axial central nozzle passage within the hole is closed or bridged by the nozzle passage piece of pressure regulating unit. The pressure regulating unit has a base body, a spring pin and a pressure spring. Preferred Features: The base body of the pressure regulating unit is cylindrical and is closed on one side by a grid element directed towards the outer casing surface of the valve base body.
