PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating device comprising a waste heat recovery device capable of allowing a Rankine cycle to normally function even when a compressor is started in Rankine cycle single operation, in a refrigerating device where a condenser 220 is shared by a refrigerating cycle 200 and the Rankine cycle 300. SOLUTION: In this refrigerating device where the condenser 220 is shared by the refrigerating cycle 200 and the Rankine cycle 300, a control device 500 calculates an estimated refrigerant flow rate in the condenser 220 under the assumption that a compressor 210 is started as the start of the compressor 210 may be necessary in detecting a state that the single operation of the Rankine cycle 300 is continued for a prescribed time, reduces a rotational frequency of the Rankine cycle 300 when it is determined that the estimated refrigerant flow rate is over a prescribed flow rate, and then starts the compressor 210.
