PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve or improve dissatisfaction of a person staying in a room and to provide comfortable room temperature environment. SOLUTION: This air-conditioning control system 1 for controlling indoor air-conditioning, comprises a temperature sensor for measuring a temperature of a circumferential space, a plurality of combined sensors 3, respectively having declaration means for declaring hot or cold, and a cotrol means 5 for controllling air-conditioning equipment 2 by processing a plurality of pieces of information on the result of measurement by the temperature sensors of the plurality of combined sensors and declaration information by the declaration means of the plurality of combined sensors.
