METHOD FOR RECORDING PARAMETERS OF BLOOD MICROCIRCULATION IN RATS

摘要

The method for recording the parameters of blood microcirculation in the rats provides for laser Doppler flowmetry. The rat is immobilized in the transparent Plexiglas case. The size of the case is adjusted individually to allow for free breathing of the animal. The tail of the animal is fixed in horizontal position on the flat surface to be aligned with position of the body. The fiber-optic probe of the laser analyzer of blood flow LAKK-02 is fixed at the base of the tail. The signal of laser Doppler flowmetry is recorded for 6 minutes.
