The backlight module comprises a back plate (1), a reflection piece (2) provided at a bottom surface of the back plate (1), and a spacer provided between the bottom surface of the back plate (1) and the reflection piece (2) to keep a certain distance (h) therebetween. The display device comprises the backlight module, and has an improved display quality.
