PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hands-free unit capable of making a hands-free speech in an optimum state by switching between a built-in speaker and an earphone with a simple operation. SOLUTION: The hands-free unit includes: an earphone unit (6) that incorporates an earphone (18) directly mounted on a user, transducing a voice signal outputted from a control circuit section (7) and outputting voice; and a changeover switch (14) switches a supply path of the voice signal supplied from the control circuit section (7) between the built-in speaker (16) and the earphone unit (6).
