The present invention relates to a DNA marker for producing a Capsicum annuum genetic linkage map developed using the intraspecific population of the Capsicum annuum, and a primer set capable of amplifying the DNA marker. The DNA marker and the primer set are used for producing a high-density genetic linkage map of the Capsicum annuum, and are useful for molecular breeding.
