A manufacturing method for calcium permeated porous silica and calcium permeated porous silica obtained by the same are disclosed. The manufacturing method for calcium permeated porous silica according to the present invention comprises: (A) a step of obtaining a first mixed solution by mixing materials containing calcium with distilled water and stirring ingredients; (B) a step of separating a supernatant of the mixed solution; (C) a step of obtaining a second mixed solution by adding a surfactant in the supernatant, dissolving ingredients and stirring the ingredients; (D) a step of obtaining a third mixed solution by adding TEOS in the second mixed solution, dissolving ingredients and stirring the ingredients; (E) a step of separating calcium carbonate particles coated with TEOS from the third mixed solution, washing the calcium carbonate particles coated with TEOS and drying the same; and (F) a step of sintering the dried calcium carbonate particles.
