PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display panel capable of suppressing deterioration of display quality. SOLUTION: This organic EL display panel 100 has a picture element 1 in which an anode 102, an organic layer 104, and a cathode 105 are laminated one by one in its display region 118. In addition, it is equipped with an insulating layer 103 having an opening part 115 at a position corresponding to the picture element 1 and a dummy opening part 116 formed adjacently to the opening part 115 in the outside of the display region 118, barrier plates 111 provided to separate the cathode 105 on the insulating layer 103, and a barrier plate connecting part 112 provided on the side opposite to the picture element 1 in the dummy opening part 116 to connect the barriers 111 adjacent to each other.
