PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have text and voice outputted after being smoothly synchronized, in even a small electronic apparatus such as an electronic word book whose processing capacity is small.SOLUTION: When designating word collection B (kikutango) data 12d and learning listening (chant), the voice data S, with rhythm, of a word and translation in each word information designated as a learning object is continuously reproduced, along with which corresponding word text image B0, etc., are sequentially outputted for display in correlation to the reproduction time T of the voice data S. Therefore, there is no need to convert, for example, the text of the word and translation into a font from its character code before being displayed, making it possible, for even a CPU whose processing capacity is small, to have the text and voice in each word information outputted after being smoothly synchronized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
