PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure variation adsorption type gas manufacturing method capable of miniaturizing an adsorption tower, while sufficiently reducing the concentration of an adsorption target component included in product gas.SOLUTION: In a pressure variation adsorption type gas manufacturing method for successively executing an adsorption process, a desorption process, a cleaning process, and a boosting process on an adsorption tower 1 filled with an adsorbent for adsorbing an adsorption target component from raw material gas including a product gas component and other adsorption target components, a coolant supply-discharge type cooling part F for supplying-discharging a coolant is provided in the form of covering an outer peripheral part of the adsorption tower 1, and in the adsorption process, the coolant supply-discharge type cooling part F is put in a cooling action state by supply of the coolant, and in the desorption process, the coolant supply-discharge type cooling part is put in a cooling stopping state by discharge of the coolant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
