To provide an adhesive sheet which is provided with excellent stain resistan ce and is also provided with adhesion with another adhesive sheet. An adhesive sheet comprising a flexible substrate, an adhesive layer disposed on the bac k surface of said flexible substrate, and a protective layer disposed on the surface of said flexible substrate, characterized in that: said protective layer contains (1) a cured resin, and (2) a hydrophilizing agent of an inorganic oxide, an organosilicate compound or a mixture thereof; and that t he thickness of said protective layer is from about 0.1 to about 60 .mu.m and t he contact angle between the surface of said protective layer and water is from about 35 to about 65 degrees.
