PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding plate capable of preventing the lateral slippage of a fence fixed to a strut, and a fence fixture and fence structure using it. SOLUTION: A groove 11 is continuously provided on the contact surface 101 of this holding plate 1 for constituting the fixture 10. Fences 3 and 3 are nipped from both the sides by the contact surface 101, 101 side of a pair of holding plates 1 and 1. The holding plates 1, 1 are fastened by a U-bolt 4 and nuts 5 mounted on the strut 2. The contact positions of vertical members 31 located in the nipped positions of the fences 3 are tightly engaged with the grooves of the holding plates 1 and 1. Thus, the fences 3 are firmly fixed to the strut 2 together with the holding plates 1 and 1.
