<p>A solar cell according to the embodiment of the present invention comprises a substrate; a rear surface electrode layer formed on the upper surface of the substrate; a light adsorption layer formed on the upper surface of the rear surface electrode layer; a buffer layer formed on the upper surface of the light adsorption layer; and a front surface electrode layer formed on the upper surface of the buffer layer, wherein the rear surface of the substrate has a contact member formed therein. The method for manufacturing a solar cell according to the embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: forming a rear surface electrode layer on the front surface of a substrate; forming a light adsorption layer on the rear surface electrode layer; forming a buffer layer on the light adsorption layer; and forming a front surface electrode layer on the buffer layer, wherein a contact member is directly in contact with a driving roller for moving a support substrate during the step for forming the light adsorption layer on the rear surface electrode layer.</p> |
