<p>For the production of a composite element (11) having a base pane (12) made of glass, and a cover pane made of glass, and a thermoplastic intermediate layer (14) made of film webs, and having a metal attachment insert (18) serving as an attachment tag, which may protrude over the composite pane, the insert is initially glued onto the base pane by means of an adhesive (21). The base pane is covered using a plurality of film webs (15, 16) made of thermoplastic material and forming the intermediate layer (14), and is brought to the softening temperature of the intermediate layer (14) after applying the cover pane (13) under bonding pressure such that a composite pane is produced. A composite free of air bubbles is created by evacuating the treatment chamber. The insert is thereby connected to one of the panes each by means of adhesion on one side, and by means of a thermoplastic layer on the other side, and is thus free of any displacements due to loads under increased temperature conditions, and thus enables a positive and accident-proof punctiform attachment to the composite element (11) on any arbitrary locations of the composite element.</p> |
