PURPOSE:To strengthen adhesion by forming a subbing layer containing grains composed of specified proportions of fine inorganic particles and a resin component and specifying an amount of said grains to be added to the total solid components. CONSTITUTION:The grains composed of the fine inorganic particles and the resin component in proportions of 50-99% particles and 1-50% resin are added in an amount of <=40wt% to the subbing layer containing an acrylate copolymer incorporating styrene as a copolyme component. These grains have a grain particle range of, preferably, 0.05-0.2mum, and the surfactant to be used for reaction is added in amount of <=5wt%, optimally, about 1wt% of the copolymerization component monomer. The grain diameter range of the obtained copolymer in a dispersion fluid depends upon the amount of the surfactant to be used, polymerization conditions, such as stirring or temperature, but usually about 0.1mum diameters are preferable. |
