MILK PRODUCT AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

It is intended to provide a milk product which withstands frozen storage over a long time and has such a viscosity as allowing use thereof in drink dispensers. An emulsified composition containing a milk fat component, a milk protein component, a disaccharide alcohol and an emulsifier at a definite ratio is prepared. The contents of the individual components of this emulsified composition can be established by precisely controlling the amounts of the starting materials providing the milk fats and the milk proteins such as cow's milk, whole powder milk, butter, cheese, cream, condensed milk, butter oil, butter milk and butter milk powder and the amounts of the disaccharide alcohol, the emulsifying agent and water.
