Disclosed are a method and apparatus for solving wireless communication network scrambling code conflict, and a computer storage medium. The method comprises: searching for scrambling code multiplexing paths of a cell to be processed in a wireless communication network, so as to obtain a search result; finding all scrambling code multiplexing paths having a scrambling code multiplexing relationship from the search result; screening out a valid scrambling code multiplexing path from all the found scrambling code multiplexing paths; and parsing a neighbour relationship in the valid scrambling code multiplexing path, finding a removable neighbour relationship, and modifying a scrambling code multiplexing path which results in scrambling code conflict according to the removable neighbour relationship.
