A vessel comprising: a hollow inner shell having an interior cavity adapted to store a first fluid; an outer shell formed around the hollow inner shell; a temperature regulating device at least one of disposed between the hollow inner shell and the outer shell, disposed in the hollow inner shell, and disposed in the outer shell; and a boss having a vessel opening formed therethrough and in communication with the interior cavity of the hollow inner shell, the boss including a first fluid conduit and a second fluid conduit formed therein between the vessel opening and an outer surface of the boss, the boss disposed on the inner shell and forming a substantially fluid tight seal therebetween, wherein the first fluid conduit, the second fluid conduit, and the temperature regulating device are in fluid communication with a temperature control system, and a second fluid received by the temperature regulating device through the first fluid conduit from the temperature control system is permitted to circulate in the temperature regulating device and return to the temperature control system through the second fluid conduit.
