PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellently practical pipe jacking device capable of surely leading out fluid from a fluid lead-out port arranged on the outer circumferential face of a pipe member. SOLUTION: This pipe jacking device is used in a pipe jacking method for boring a shaft 1 and excavating an adit 2 forward from the circumference wall of the shaft 1. In the pipe jacking device, a plurality of pipe members 4 are connected to an cutting body 3, a plurality of fluid lead-out ports 5 for leading out fluid are arranged on the outer circumferential face of at least one pipe member 4 in a plurality of pipe members 4, and the fluid lead-out ports 5 are set to communicate with a fluid supply passage 8 communicating with a fluid supply source. In the fluid supply passage 8, branch fluid passages 10 divided toward the respective fluid lead-out ports 5 are arranged, and in each of the respective branch fluid passages 10, a fluid lead-out pump 6 is arranged for leading out the fluid from the fluid lad-out port 5.
