An epidural needle and an epidural device are provided to prevent a tube from being separated from the needle when inserting the needle into the skin, and to minimize the frictional resistance in the inserting process. An epidural device(1000) includes an epidural needle, a needle fixing unit(500), a catheter(600), a catheter fixing unit(700), and a tube(300). The epidural needle includes a curved unit which has a curved surface at one side of the upper end, and a needle body of a hollow cylinder shape, and has a needle incising groove formed from one end of the other side of the curved unit. The needle fixing unit is coupled with the needle body. The catheter is inserted by passing through the needle and the needle fixing unit, and is coupled with the catheter fixing unit as a single body. The catheter fixing unit is coupled with the other end of the catheter. The tube is inserted into the needle, and protects the catheter, and protects the space between the catheter and the needle from the penetration of skin tissues.
