PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous polymeric film realizing sufficient strength and the sufficient holding of an undesirable material while realizing a superior treatment amount and/or a porous polymeric film using for ink jet suppressing smearing to be minimum and to provide a production method of the same.SOLUTION: A treatment method of a fluid comprising: a porous polymeric film including a first micropore skin surface having a pore density of at least 20 pores/50,000 μm, a second porous surface and a bulk between the surfaces having a pore density of at least 120 pores/mmand an MFP diameter of at least 15 μm; and a step passing through the film, a method for processing a fluid, and a method of producing the film are provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
