The method comprises: a first interconnecting device encapsulates a high-level data link control (HDLC) protocol packet, the HDLC protocol packet carries local end information of the first connecting device and remote end information of the first connecting device, and local end information of the first connecting device and remote end information of the first connecting device are used for performing neighbor judgment of a second interconnecting device; and the first interconnecting device sends the HDLC protocol packet to the second interconnecting device. |
