PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch sensor actuator which has expandability to various applications, realizes miniaturization of a device, and is based on a piezoelectric material having durability.SOLUTION: A sensor actuator comprises a substrate and a substantially transparent composite piezoelectric cell. The composite piezoelectric cell comprises a piezoelectric layer to measure a deformation of a cell surface, and is configured to send a signal of the piezoelectric layer generated by the deformation to an actuator piezoelectric layer and to provide a haptic feedback effect by the actuator piezoelectric layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
