<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the capacity of an outgoing line by controlling the transmission power of a base station so that the qualities of the outgoing lines are mutually equal without regard to the execution of soft hand over, which simultaneously communicates with plural base stations near a cell boundary at the cellular system of a code division multiplexing system. SOLUTION: The base stations BS1 to BS3 arranged at each cell transmit pilot signals by fixed transmission power. Mobile stations MS1 to MS3 measure the pilot signal receiving power Qi (i=1,..., m) of a base station setting lines and a pilot signal receiving power Qi (i=m+1,..., n) from base stations around it. The gain Gh (k)=Dall /k of a desired wave power by the transmission at plural base stations is calculated by setting desired wave power at the time when one base station k (k=1,..., m) among the base stations setting lines to be desired wave power Dk at the time when all the base stations 1,..., m setting lines, and the base station K makes the upper limit of the transmission power of the outgoing link proportional to (Q1 +Q2 +...+Qm +,...+Qn )/Gh (k) Qk .</p> |
