PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inclination adjustment mechanism which can simplify assembly work of an imaging unit component 207 compared to a conventional case.SOLUTION: The inclination adjustment mechanism loaded on an optical apparatus for capturing an image by using the imaging unit component 207 constituted as one unit component by assembling an image sensor 210 for capturing the image and a pre-stage lens group 208 for image-forming the image on the image sensor 210 to a holding plate 212 is constituted as follows. Inclination adjustment of the imaging unit component 207 becomes possible by rotation of the imaging unit component 207 with a center of the pre-stage lens group 208 as an axis. Since one work process can be reduced compared to a conventional case in assembly work of the imaging unit component 207 with such structure, assembly work can be simplified compared to the conventional case.
