PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the downtime associated with the individual tension applying process.SOLUTION: A tensioning device is provided for extending a threaded bolt by way of applying tension to the threaded end section thereof, the device comprising: a supporting tube that surrounds the threaded end section; a cylinder arranged in an extension part with respect to the supporting tube, the cylinder having at least one piston capable of moving therein in the longitudinal direction, the piston capable of being connected to a hydraulic supply part; an exchange socket being configured such that it can be driven axially by the piston, the socket being provided at its one end with an internal thread for screwing to the threaded end section, the socket being provided at its other end with an external polygon section; and a tool capable of being attached detachably to the external polygon section in order to turn the exchange socket. The tool comprises: a cup-shaped section inside which a tool face is provided so that the tool face and the external polygon section are connected in a relatively unrotatable manner; and a slimmer drive section arranged in an extension part with respect to the cup-shaped section. |
