An optical fiber connector, comprising: a housing (100); a ferrule (110) arranged in the housing (100); an end sleeve (200) connected to a rear end of the housing (100); and an optical cable clamp (300) inserted into the end sleeve (200) and used to clamp an optical cable (10); the optical cable (10) is tightly fixed in the optical cable clamp (300), and after the optical cable clamp (300) is inserted and fixed into the end sleeve (200), a fiber (11) of the optical cable (10) is inserted in the housing (100) and abutted to an embedded fiber (111) in the ferrule (110). Therefore, before the abutted fiber (11) is secured, the optical cable (10) has already been tightly fixed to the optical cable clamp (300) and fixed to the connector housing (100), and as a result the abutted fiber (11) will not be separated by an unexpected pulling force, thus ensuring that the fiber (11) of the optical cable reliably abuts the embedded fiber (111). |
