PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a powder cosmetic having excellent feeling and excellent cosmetic durability (lasting property). SOLUTION: The powder cosmetic contains a wax composition consisting of a hydrocarbon component containing 60-100 pts.mass of an isoparaffin and 0-40 pts.mass of a normal paraffin, and a silicone oil which is liquid at normal temperature.
