PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of realizing precise modeling processing. SOLUTION: By deforming a standard model so as to optimize a prescribed evaluation function using a model fitting method, the model of an object is generated. The prescribed evaluation function includes a transcendental knowledge term. The transcendental knowledge term is the term to be optimized when the standard model is deformed so as to coincide with an assumption region RB assumed as the presence region of an object on the basis of transcendental knowledge. The assumption region RB is obtained as a region where the presence probability of the object obtained on the basis of data of the same kind of object is higher than a prescribed value, for example.
