PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and efficiently eliminate the dust, which is caused when a moving body device runs on a rail, without scattering the dust inside a room. SOLUTION: Suction guides 40a and 40b forming a suction gap 42 to a rail 30 are arranged along the rail 30 so as to surround the contact surface of the rail 30 with a wheel 62, and air is sucked with the dust from the gap 42 between the rail 30 and the suction guides 40a and 40b. In the case wherein the rail 30 has an inside space (not shown), the inside space of the rail 30 can be used for a suction path so as to suck the air with the dust from the inside space of the rail 30.
