The invention relates to a sea wave energy collector consisting of a cable or hinged bar serving as an axle, about which multiple turbines are arranged and secured, which turbines operate with the flow of water perpendicular to the axle. All of the turbines are submerged or semi-submerged and include curved or inclined plates or blades. The ends of the cable or hinged bars are secured via stationary knuckle joints to piers anchored to the seabed and/or between at least one point on the coast. The taut hinged bar or cable concentrates the energy collected by all of the turbines from the waves or a horizontal fluvial current and applies same to a revolution multiplier which actuates an electric generator.
