PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide food with a solid food material bound having moderate hardness, hard to generate breakage of a shape and capable of providing raw material feeling such as texture, flavor, and appearance of the solid food material, a manufacturing method capable of manufacturing the food with a solid food material bound easily at a low cost and an adhesive for a solid food material capable of easily molding the solid food material to any shape, excellent in holding property of a molded article before burning and capable of being used for the food with a solid food material bound and the manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There are provided an adhesive for a solid food material containing a calcium reactive thickening polysaccharide and a calcium compound, a manufacturing method of foods with a solid food material bound including the steps for mixing a raw material composition containing the solid food material and the calcium compound and a binding liquid containing the calcium reactive thickening polysaccharide to obtain a mixture, filling the mixture into a mold to obtain a molded article, taking the molded article off from the mold and burning the taken-off molded article and foods with the solid food material bound by using the adhesive for a solid food material.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
