RADIO COMMUNICATION METHOD, RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, AND RADIO COMMUNICATION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication method, a radio communication system, and a radio communication apparatus capable of properly determining which is predominant between an adaptive array system and a MIMO system and employing a predominant one by estimating orthogonality among radio propagation paths for every combination of two-way antenna elements, and capable of switching the operation from the adaptive array system to the MIMO system in a state where continuity of communication is kept unchanged. SOLUTION: The radio communication method comprises: a step (S1) of transmitting from any of a first radio communication apparatus and a second communication apparatus a signal for estimating whether or not the radio propagation path between the radio communication apparatuses is suitable for the MINO system upon training for synchronization in radio communication of the adaptive array system; a step (S2) of detecting the signal by a radio communication apparatus of a communication partner; and a step (S3) of estimating whether or not the radio propagation path between the first radio communication apparatus and the second radio communication apparatus is suitable for the MIMO system.
