The case comprises a base having a first latch portion and configured to support the cosmetic, a cover securable to the base and having a second latch portion, and an applicator for applying the cosmetic and having a third latch portion. The third latch portion engages the first latch portion and the second latch portion to secure the cover to the base when the case is in a closed position.
