<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode substrate for a dye-sensitized solar cell having a dye-sensitized semiconductor porous layer in a structure which can improve conversion efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The dye-sensitized semiconductor porous layer formed on the surface of the electrode substrate is formed of globular oxide semiconductor fine particles A and oxide semiconductor fine particles B having various shapes with particle diameters smaller than the diameters of the globular oxide semiconductor fine particles. The dye-sensitized semiconductor porous layer has a porosity of 60% or higher, and the maximum peak of the fine pore capacity measured by the BET method in the semiconductor porous layer exists in a range having a fine pore diameter of 30 nm or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
