PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy resin composition exhibiting high adhesiveness of a roughened surface to a plated conductor even with small in roughness degree of the roughened surface by a roughening treatment of a surface of a cured article of the epoxy resin composition and capable of achieving low linear expansion coefficient and low dielectric loss tangent of an insulation layer.SOLUTION: There is provided a specific epoxy resin composition containing (A) an epoxy resin, (B) an active ester compound and (C) a triazine-containing cresol novolak resin.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
