In order to provide a highly reliable electronic circuit board which is capable of stably maintaining qualities such as conduction of the circuit even if produced at room temperature at atmospheric pressure and a method for producing an electronic circuit board, by which the above-described substrate is able to be stably and efficiently produced, an electronic circuit board according to the present invention is configured to comprise an ink receiving layer R which is formed from a resin composition that is mainly composed of a polyvinyl acetal resin and an electronic circuit C which is pattern-formed using a conductive ink. In addition, a method for producing an electronic circuit board according to the present invention is configured to comprise: a step for applying a liquid resin composition in the form of a layer, said liquid resin composition being mainly composed of a polyvinyl acetal resin; a step for forming an ink receiving layer R by heating and drying the liquid resin composition; and a step for forming an electronic circuit C, which has been formed from a conductive ink by printing or transfer, into a predetermined circuit pattern. |
