PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide health drinking water utilizing obsidian containing various mineral ingredients as amorphous materials for the aspect of health. SOLUTION: This drinking water is obtained by immersing crushing obsidian in a proper size and subsequently immersing the crushed product in water to elute mineral ions in the water. The crushed product has an effect for removing polyphosphate and phytic acid now used as additives in many foods and chlorine, etc., contained in service water, and a health-promoting effect is thereby obtained.
