A method for encoding/decoding an image according to the present invention comprises the steps of: generating a prediction block by performing prediction on a prediction-target pixel within a current block on the basis of an intra prediction mode of the current block; and generating a reconstructed block on the basis of a final prediction block and a reconstructed differential block corresponding to the current block, wherein, in the step of generating the prediction block, the prediction on the prediction-target pixel is performed on the basis of a first offset if the intra prediction mode of the current block is a vertical mode and the prediction-target pixel is on a left vertical pixel line, and the prediction on the prediction-target pixel is performed on the basis of a second offset if the intra prediction mode of the current block is a horizontal mode and the prediction-target pixel is on a top horizontal pixel line. The left vertical pixel line is one leftmost vertical pixel line within the current block, and the top horizontal pixel line is one topmost horizontal pixel line within the current block. According to the present invention, the image encoding/decoding efficiency can be improved.
