It is an object of the present invention to provide a physiological signal monitoring system, method and terminal for constantly monitoring a physiological signal of a patient and protecting a personal information including the physiological signal of the patient. In accordance with the present invention, the physiological signal monitoring system comprises a physiological signal measuring unit for measuring and encrypting a physiological signal, and transmitting the encrypted physiological signal; and a monitoring server system for decrypting the encrypted physiological signal to be stored and displayed, carrying out a search according to a search command for the stored physiological signal, guiding a result of the search, and reading out and guiding the searched physiological signal.
