The present invention relates to a jelly prepared using gelatin and peach juice and a preparation method thereof, and more specifically, to a jelly that is prepared using gelatin and peach juice and whose color, aroma, flavor, texture and other physicochemical properties are improved by having 60% of peach juice and 1.5% of gelatin added thereto, and a preparation method thereof. The jellies prepared by the present method are beneficial for removing nicotine and promoting blood circulation, and the peach is good for relieving thirst, fatigue, hangovers, and beneficial for chronic degenerative diseases such as heart disease, high blood pressure and osteoporosis. The present method allows formulating the peach into various food products so that consumers can enjoy and gain nutritional benefits from the peach all year round in easily consumable and digestible forms such as desserts and snacks. As such, the present invention can promote development of high-value added food products using peaches. |
