PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to arrange a bag to a body side component, for surely connecting the bag and the body side component preferably.SOLUTION: An artificial anus appliance comprises: a bag (12) for receiving excrement; a bag flange (14) which is a bag flange coupled to the bag, and having an opening (18) communicated to inside of the bag; and a body side flange (20) having an opening (24) and a hydrophile colloid layer (22) fixed to a body of a user around the artificial anus, and having a projection (40) for positioning which is received in a recess part of the bag flange, for arranging the opening of the bag flange to the opening of the body side flange. The surface of the bag flange to be directed to the body side flange during use, has an adhesive adhered to the body side flange, and the recess part is disposed on a peripheral edge part of the bag flange, and separated outward, from the opening of the bag flange.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
